1. Reservation & Payment

• Private Room: $150 per night
  

• Shared Room: $100 per night
  

• Full payment is due at the time of reservation to secure your room.

4 Nights: The accommodation price covers 4 nights, beginning Tuesday evening and ending Saturday morning with  check-out by 11:00 a.m. 

5 Nights: The accommodation price covers 5 nights, beginning Monday evening and ending Saturday morning with check-out by 11:00 a.m.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Choose Recovery Services, we are committed to providing a high-quality and impactful experience during our intensives. Due to the time, planning, and resources dedicated to each intensive, we have updated our cancellation policy as follows:

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled intensive and use the accommodation, we will credit your account for the full amount paid.

• This credit can be applied toward a future intensive and accommodations  with Choose Recovery that better fits your schedule.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you in selecting a future date.

• If the intensive is canceled by the providers for unforeseen circumstances, the intensive will be rescheduled.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: Tuesday after 4:00 p.m. (or as arranged).
  

• Check-out time: Saturday by 11:00 a.m.
  

• Late check-outs may incur an additional fee if not arranged in advance.
  

4. House Rules

Guests agree to:

• Respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  

• Refrain from smoking or vaping inside the property.
  

• Consume alcohol responsibly and in designated areas only.
  

• Use appliances and furnishings properly and leave the room in good order.
  

• Refrain from bringing pets unless specifically approved in writing.
  

5. Liability & Property Care

• Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items resulting from their stay and authorize billing of replacement/repair costs.
  

• The property owner and Choose Recovery Services are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
  

• Guests agree to maintain personal insurance coverage for any incidents that may occur.
  

6. Safety & Conduct

• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
  

• For everyone’s safety and comfort, disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
  

• Fire exits and emergency information will be provided on site; guests agree to follow all posted safety instructions.
  

7. Use of the Premises

• Accommodations are provided solely for the purpose of lodging while attending the intensive and may not be used for parties, commercial activity, or other unrelated purposes.
  

• Guests may not sublet or assign their reservation.
  

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and paying for accommodations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
