Welcome to the Beyond the Facade: Men's Healing Group!

This group meets weekly via Zoom. To enhance the experience for everyone, please keep your camera on during group sessions and participate from an area free of distractions.

Due to the nature of this group, members are expected to participate from a private location. Headphones or earphones must be used, and reasonable steps should be taken to prevent others from viewing or overhearing the session.

Choose Recovery groups are not therapy groups, but rather psychoeducational support groups.

Beyond the Facade is not designed to provide emergency or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are concerned about your immediate safety or the safety of another person, call 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or contact your local crisis services immediately.

Participation Expectations

To help maintain a safe and supportive environment, Choose Recovery Services reserves the right to address behaviors that disrupt the group experience. This may include private conversations, temporary removal from a group session, or termination of membership when necessary. Membership fees remain subject to the applicable cancellation policy unless otherwise determined by Choose Recovery Services.

Technology

Members are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and an appropriate device for participation. While Choose Recovery Services makes every effort to provide uninterrupted services, occasional technical difficulties may occur and do not entitle members to refunds or credits.

Choose Recovery Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a group session due to facilitator illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, members will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Recording Prohibited

To protect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, photographs, or any other form of recording of group sessions are strictly prohibited.

Group Attendance

Your membership provides access to all Beyond the Facade groups, allowing you to attend additional groups for support whenever needed. The group schedule and Zoom links are provided upon registration in your membership portal.

Confidentiality

The material shared within the group is privileged and confidential. Discussions about the group with spouses, friends, or other individuals should be limited to your own reactions and experiences. If others are mentioned, care should be taken to avoid revealing personal information, and you should ensure they cannot be identified. Each member is responsible for protecting the names and identities of fellow group members.

Billing

Beyond the Facade is a weekly membership, and membership fees are billed weekly until your membership ends.

Membership provides ongoing access to the Beyond the Facade program rather than payment for individual sessions. Refunds, credits, or prorated fees are not provided for missed group sessions.

Choose Recovery Services reserves the right to modify group schedules, facilitators, membership fees, or these Terms and Conditions. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of material changes whenever practicable.

Cancellation

We require 28 days' notice to cancel your membership or completion of a virtual exit interview, whichever comes first. During the notice period, your membership will remain active, and you are encouraged to continue attending group sessions and utilize your membership benefits.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify our office by emailing [email protected]. Once we receive your cancellation request, our office will provide instructions for scheduling a brief virtual exit interview.

If you complete your virtual exit interview before the end of the 28-day notice period, your membership will end on the date of the interview, and you will not be billed beyond that point. If you choose not to complete the exit interview, your membership will automatically end after the 28-day notice period, and billing will cease at that time.

Blueprint Institute Clients

Clients currently participating in recovery through Blueprint Institute are invited to attend Beyond the Facade groups as part of their program. During their stay, Blueprint clients are expected to comply with all Beyond the Facade Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, group participation expectations, confidentiality, privacy, respectful communication, and community guidelines.

Participation in Beyond the Facade during a client's stay at Blueprint Institute is included as part of the Blueprint program and does not constitute an ongoing Beyond the Facade membership.

Upon completion of their stay at Blueprint Institute, clients who choose to continue participating in Beyond the Facade will be billed at the membership rate in effect at the time of registration. Membership will remain active and billed according to the current membership terms until canceled in accordance with the Beyond the Facade cancellation policy.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Participation in Beyond the Facade does not guarantee any specific therapeutic, relational, or recovery outcome. Individual progress depends on many factors, including each participant's level of engagement and circumstances outside the group.

Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize Choose Recovery Services to charge the payment method on file for recurring weekly membership fees until your membership is canceled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
