Terms and Conditions

We welcome you to Choose Healing and applaud you for reaching out for connection and support through your healing process. This group will meet weekly over zoom. To enhance the experience for everyone, please keep your camera on during the group call and be in an area free of distractions. Due to the nature of this group, we ask that if there are others around you, to wear earphones and protect your screen so others in the group can still maintain their privacy.
  • Payment & Start of Services: Weekly group payment of $45 begins upon registration.  Payment is based on membership rather than upon attendance.  An optional 10-minute introductory meeting will be offered by your group facilitator to meet you.
  • Attending: We encourage you to start attending your group right away and join the group chat included in your group membership to get the most out of the experience.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Members may cancel their membership at anytime either in their group membership account or by reaching out to the office: [email protected] | 702.277.9145
  • Attendance & Punctuality: Please arrive on time with your camera on and be free of distractions.
  • Facilitator Outreach Consent: You consent to being contacted by Choose Recovery Services and your group facilitator via email, phone, or SMS for welcome/orientation and group logistics. Standard messaging rates may apply.
  • Confidentiality & Group Conduct: The material revealed within the group is privileged and confidential. Discussion of the group with spouses, friends, and other intimates should be restricted to discussion of your own reactions and experiences. If others are mentioned, care should be taken to avoid revelations of a personal nature and you should be sure identification of persons is not possible. It is each person’s responsibility to protect the names and identities of fellow group members.
  • Crisis & Suitability: Groups are educational/support in nature and not a substitute for crisis care or therapy.
