Intensives are a way to focus on problem areas, learn and practice skills to work through these issues and strengthen connections.


What to expect

This in-person intensive will be held in Spanish Fork, Utah.  

Daily Itinerary will be sent upon registration.

If you are a new client to Choose Recovery Services, we will reach out to schedule a free consultation with you to get to know you and make sure the Intensive is geared towards your needs. The office will reach out to schedule this consultation.

Day 1: Welcome and Grounding
Wednesday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Day 2: Intro to Healing Your Body
Thursday: 9:30am - 5:00pm

Day 3: Deepening the Healing
Friday: 9:30am - 5:00pm

  • Movement through Trauma

Day 4: Integration and Moving Forward
Saturday: 9:30am - 10:00pm (with a long dinner break on own)

While housing is not included as part of the intensive registration, you will be invited to join a group chat with other members if you would like to coordinate and share accommodations.

Confidentiality

All sessions will be conducted in a private, confidential setting. No information will be shared without the explicit consent of the participant unless there is a risk to the client or others.


Fees and Payments

If you are not currently working with Choose Recovery Services prior to registering for the intensive, we will reach out to set up a consultation to assess your needs prior to the intensive.

By registering for the intensive, you are agreeing to the total cost of the intensive (intake session included in the total cost).

Cancellation Policy

Payment is non-refundable within two weeks of the date of the intensive.  Payment is due in full prior to the intensive to confirm your participation. 

If the intensive is canceled by the providers for unforeseen circumstances, the intensive will be rescheduled.


Disclaimer: There is no guarantee that participating in an intensive will repair the issues the client would like to focus on.

This Intensive is in-person, in Spanish Fork UT, 
and does not include accomodations for the four days.
