What It's All About
Often times men’s addiction stems from mismanagement of emotions, so we created this group to help men better understand their emotions and how they affect unwanted behaviors. When men want to heal from addiction, often the main focus is how to gain sobriety. While sobriety is an important piece, recovery takes so much more. In the 180 group, we look at how to make at 180 degree turn away from addiction and in to healthy living.
How It Works
In 180 we help men move through the pains of addiction, relationship healing, managing emotions, and moving past shame. You’ll learn how to better connect with other men, understand your own emotional experience, and build a deep self respect.
